A problem with the liner has occurred, but replacing it is not necessary until the end of the season (Sept.) In the meantime I'm adding a deck, so I'm not sure if I have to remove some of the decking (in order to take off the pool caps), or can the liner be replaced without compromising the deck to be built. My friend said some liners (tuck liners?) can be removed without disturbing the caps or deck. Solution???.
